The brief began with an open floor plate and a privileged view. The intervention was limited to ordering it: a large walnut volume articulates living, dining and library, freeing the perimeter so the city enters unobstructed.
Continuous travertine and cream linen build a quiet base on which signature pieces and art from the owners' collection converse. Brushed brass appears only at points of touch.
At night, indirect lighting turns the apartment into a sequence of warm planes of light.
