Casa Cayena is organized around a water courtyard that filters Caribbean light before it enters the house. Coral stone walls hold the coolness of the morning, and teak eaves draw a shadow that changes shape throughout the day.
The living spaces open entirely toward the pool and the horizon; the bedrooms withdraw behind lattices that protect privacy without closing the view. The palette is spare and honest: stone, wood and microcement in a single tone of sand.
The interiors extend the architecture. Bespoke pieces, linen and indirect light accompany a house meant to be lived in slowly.
