On an urban lot surrounded by party walls, the house turns inward. A courtyard with a single tree becomes the center of family life and the source of light for every room.
Exposed concrete provides structure and silence; oak and travertine, warmth to the touch. Circulation is treated as galleries that follow the path of light from morning to evening.
A home that shelters without isolating, designed to grow with the family who lives in it.
